The Opportunity

As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are seeking a detail-oriented Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Administrator to support our national EHS team in Brisbane. This role plays a key part in maintaining systems and processes that keep our people and guests safe every day.

About the Role

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you'll provide vital administrative and systems support to help ensure safety and environmental compliance across all parks. You'll manage safety data, support reporting and audits, and keep EHS documentation and dashboards accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain and update registers and controlled documents

  • Monitor EHS dashboards and assign or track follow-up actions

  • Support contractor management - verify documentation and approve low-risk contractors

  • Manage data entry, reporting and compliance dashboards

  • Coordinate internal audits and track corrective actions

  • Maintain checklists, templates and ensure documentation accuracy

  • Distribute safety alerts, notices and communications

  • Support training and induction record management

  • Assist with risk register updates and environmental reporting

About You

You will bring a proactive, systems-focused approach with an eye for compliance and accuracy in this role.

  • 3-5 years experience in an administrative or EHS support role

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

  • Experience in document and records management

  • Ability to extract and format data for reporting and analysis

  • High level of organisation and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both corporate and operational teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Commitment to supporting safe, compliant and well-documented operations

  • Confidence working independently and within a cross-functional team
