The Opportunity
As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are seeking a detail-oriented Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Administrator to support our national EHS team in Brisbane. This role plays a key part in maintaining systems and processes that keep our people and guests safe every day.
About the Role
Reporting to the EHS Manager, you'll provide vital administrative and systems support to help ensure safety and environmental compliance across all parks. You'll manage safety data, support reporting and audits, and keep EHS documentation and dashboards accurate and up to date.
Maintain and update registers and controlled documents
Monitor EHS dashboards and assign or track follow-up actions
Support contractor management - verify documentation and approve low-risk contractors
Manage data entry, reporting and compliance dashboards
Coordinate internal audits and track corrective actions
Maintain checklists, templates and ensure documentation accuracy
Distribute safety alerts, notices and communications
Support training and induction record management
Assist with risk register updates and environmental reporting
About You
You will bring a proactive, systems-focused approach with an eye for compliance and accuracy in this role.
3-5 years experience in an administrative or EHS support role
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Experience in document and records management
Ability to extract and format data for reporting and analysis
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both corporate and operational teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Commitment to supporting safe, compliant and well-documented operations
Confidence working independently and within a cross-functional team
