Customer Service Representative
Rate: $37.39 per hour plus Super
Type: Ongoing contract
Hours: Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week minimum, however extra shifts will be available
Location: Moree

To note: The paid training program is delivered full-time over 8-10 weeks. Contractors will be required to work FT hours at this time, Monday to Friday. Contractors may need to travel to a specialised training facility for 2 weeks during these periods to fulfil their training requirements.

Your new role
The successful candidates will be placed on a rotating roster, Monday-Friday.
After completing training, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls, addressing queries, first point of contact for walk-ins and providing accurate information to clients
  
• Working in a fast-paced environment providing excellent customer service
  
• Using multiple government systems, entering data and navigating multiple screens
  
• Meeting KPIs
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in government or banking, or insurance or retail, or similar (highly desirable)
  
• Previous experience in customer service, administration or similar (essential)
  
• Excellent communication skills, able to 'smile through the phone'
  
• Tech-savvy, the ability to pick up systems quickly and navigate across multiple government programs
  
• Successful candidates may need to complete a police check
