💰 $60,000 to $65,000 + Super (pro-rata for 4 days) + Company vehicle + Paid overnight stays + Tools & full training

About Affinity Outdoor

Affinity Outdoor is a leader in smart vending solutions, public Wi-Fi, and experiential technology. With over 17 years of industry experience, we enhance public spaces through innovative, user-centric solutions.
We operate a large-scale network of vending machines across Victoria — an exciting initiative making a real difference in accessibility and public health.

Job Summary

We’re recruiting several Vending Machine Refillers across multiple Melbourne regions — including the Western Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, North-East, and South-East corridors.
Each role covers a defined local territory, with occasional regional travel (just a few days each month) to support nearby towns.

This role involves refilling vending machines located in female and unisex bathrooms across public venues, so female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

We’re looking for reliable, friendly people who enjoy working independently, bring a can-do attitude, and take pride in delivering great customer service while representing a purpose-led business.

You’ll play a key frontline role in one of Australia’s most important public health and accessibility initiatives, servicing and refilling vending machines that distribute free female hygiene products in public spaces.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know — what matters most is your reliability, people skills, and willingness to travel and get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining Vending Machines:

  • Refill vending machines with female hygiene products according to a set route and schedule

  • Complete ad-hoc refills as required by customers

  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Keep machines clean, stocked, and in good working order

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at each venue

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any issues

  • Keep a secure storage space at home (approx. 1m x 3m) for around 100 small boxes of stock

  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to efficient refilling operations

Most routes are metro-based — covering suburbs within your assigned region (West, North, North-East, or South-East) — with limited regional travel as required, including occasional overnight stays paid for by us.

Training will be provided for all technical aspects.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence with zero demerit points

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Flexibility to travel within your assigned region and occasionally regional Victoria

  • Medical clearance (pre-employment)

  • Working with Children Check

  • Police clearance

  • Adequate home storage space (approx. 1m x 3m) for stock

  • Ideally, candidates will reside in one of the following areas (negotiable):
    – Western and/or North-Western Suburbs (metro Melbourne)
    – North-East or Eastern Suburbs (metro Melbourne)

Why Join Affinity Outdoor?

  • 💰 $60,000 to $65,000 + super + vehicle + paid overnight stays

  • 📦 Tools, uniform, and full training provided

  • 🚗 Company vehicle for work-related travel

  • 💡 Be part of a pioneering public health project

  • 💬 Supportive team and inclusive, values-driven workplace

  • 🌱 Opportunities for growth and ongoing development

At Affinity Outdoor, we’re not just hiring for experience — we’re hiring for attitude.
If you’re friendly, dependable, and love a role where every day feels different, we’d love to hear from you.
