About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team at the Military Shop, Fyshwick! We are on the hunt for a full time team member who can work 38 hours a week, including some work on Saturdays.

The right person will have interests in the military; military history, honours and awards; or outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and adventure.

Key Responsibilities

Our Retail Team Members are primarily responsible for:

• Assisting customers in-store and assisting over the phone when required

• Building relationships with our customers to encourage repeat business

• General store upkeep, helping to rotate and put out new stock

What You'll Need

Experience:

• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience

Skills or Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude

• Can work well in a team or autonomously

• Available to work some Saturdays 

• High level of professionalism, in both manner and interaction

• Can interact with a broad range of clients from young cadets to senior military and government officials

• Professional phone and email manner

Position Information

This is a Full time position, 38 hours a week. Based at our retail shop, Military Shop, located in Fyshwick, ACT.
