The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city - providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.

In consultation with key stakeholders, develop and implement effective stakeholder relations and communications strategies to support the development of the project(s).
Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, stakeholder groups, local councils and the community.
Assist in developing responses to media enquiries and events.

Provide stakeholder management services to project teams, including issues management, stakeholder relations, media relations, advertising, events, web content and publications.
This role assists the communications and community relations activities across a portfolio of projects within VIDA Roads by providing support and strategic advice on communication and engagement activities. About the role:
You will play a key role in executing the trade and content strategy across the website, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer journey. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will support the implementation of campaign and promotional content across key digital touchpoints, and maintain accurate, up-to-date content across the site to reflect seasonal and commercial priorities.
Working closely with the wider eCommerce team and other cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Buying, and CRM, you’ll be responsible for owning and managing key trading and content functions including daily administrative and reporting activities while also supporting campaign execution, content updates, and optimising user experience that ensure the smooth operation of the digital channel.
