About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who loves systems, details, data, and all

complete independently and bringing polished work back for review. This role is ideal for
someone wanting to grow technically, expand digital capability, and contribute to a high-
performing, strategy-led team.

be recognised and rewarded.

Digital Delivery and Internal Collaboration
● Deliver digital work for client projects while collaborating primarily with Step Change

● Maintain exceptional quality across all digital outputs
