About the role

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Coordinator to join our team at DTM METAL ROOFING PTY LTD' in North Lakes, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for coordinating all roofing-related activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring customers are kept up-to-date with their projects

  • Scheduling our trades and other trades

  • Ordering materials and equipment

  • Monitoring budgets and schedules

  • Identifying potential future problems with projects and work with our trades to solve.

You will work in a project operations team with other coordinators and experienced project managers as well as have the support of site Supervisors and other trade experts as needed.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following: 

  • Computing skills, proficient in Microsoft office suite and a quick learner on web-based apps and sites - mapping/booking/safety apps

  • Organised - can prioritise and manage multiple tasks including time management.
