About the role
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Coordinator to join our team at DTM METAL ROOFING PTY LTD' in North Lakes, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for coordinating all roofing-related activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Ensuring customers are kept up-to-date with their projects
Scheduling our trades and other trades
Ordering materials and equipment
Monitoring budgets and schedules
Identifying potential future problems with projects and work with our trades to solve.
You will work in a project operations team with other coordinators and experienced project managers as well as have the support of site Supervisors and other trade experts as needed.
What we're looking for
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
Computing skills, proficient in Microsoft office suite and a quick learner on web-based apps and sites - mapping/booking/safety apps
Organised - can prioritise and manage multiple tasks including time management.
Ability to diligently follow processes
Excellent communication and ‘soft skills’ including oral, written and interpersonal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Attention-to-detail on forms and written material ensuring things aren't missed
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Reliable and can commit full-time to the role during core office hours 7:00am - 3:30pm (M-F)
Quality of character - honesty and integrity.

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organised Project Manager to oversee lift projects and ensure smooth operations from completion of sale to handover. This senior role requires interaction with multiple internal teams, engagement with external stakeholders, and managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Schedule and manage lift projects, ensuring seamless coordination of works and materials with the scheduling team.
Team Management: Lead installation teams, ensuring optimum efficiency while maintaining high morale and productivity.
Procurement & Logistics: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure products are available on time and in full.
Deadline Management: Oversee the progress of projects, adapting work plans as needed to meet deadlines and ensure quality delivery.

Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will be required to assist with a variety of duties including but not limited to:
• Lead day to day site operations for asbestos removal and mould remediation projects, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards across residential, commercial, industrial, and civil sites.
• Oversee site setup, equipment readiness, WHS documentation, inductions, site photos, toolbox talks, and compliance requirements, maintaining strong safety practices in line with ISO45001.
• Supervise, support, and develop team members, including training, coaching, performance management, and maintaining a positive, high-standard workplace culture.
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, neighbours, and internal departments, managing variations, resolving issues on-site, and ensuring projects run on budget and within scope.
• Maintain accurate records including day dockets, safety paperwork, daily logs, near misses, injury documentation, equipment checks, and authorisations, ensuring all company procedures are followed.
• Manage multiple sites and crews, ensuring quality, compliance, equipment care, time management, and strict adherence to company policies, procedures, vehicle requirements, and integrated management systems.
Skills and experience
To be successful in securing a position with Zero Asbestos you must fit the following criteria:
A current construction industry white card
Able to pass a drug screening
Must have a 'Can Do' positive attitude
Ability to work to specific instructions
Be able to work at a fast pace and in a team environment
MR licence can be obtained after hiring if not currently held
Asbestos removal both A & B Class and Supervisor tickets
Minimum 3+ years experience in supervising asbestos removal is required
