Your new role

This role offers the chance to be involved in the full contract lifecycle-from procurement and tendering through to administration-on a landmark civil and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end contract administration: procurement, tendering, negotiation, departures, drafting, execution, and administration
  • Work across multiple work fronts including Civils, Structures, and Infrastructure Scope
  • Analyse and challenge engineering scopes to drive improvements, value engineering, and commercial optimisation.
  • Oversee contracts for civil packages including drainage, earthworks, and associated works
  • Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator on large scale civil or construction projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Background as a Contract Administrator, Estimator or Quantity Surveyor or equivalent is highly regarded.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage tradespeople and subcontractors on worksites

  • Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation

  • Implementation and continuous adherence to OH&S policies and processes
