Great news, Site Managers!!! The industrial sector is booming, and you're back in demand. It's been a tough 18 months, but the tide is turning.
You’ll be delivering a $6.5 million child care in the west. This builder specialises in commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne. With a steady pipeline ahead, projects include warehouses, logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, and childcare developments.
You’ll join a business that has been in the game for close to 40 years and has strong relationships with developers and long-standing trades. This should be spelling stability, ethical practices and a high level of project delivery. A great spot to be in.
The directors are approachable and open, creating a transparent culture that values honesty and collaboration. Every two months, the team checks in with an independent HR partner, providing a trusted space for feedback and support.
You can expect a connected team environment, regular social catch-ups, and performance-based bonuses for projects that meet key delivery and quality targets. And a project team review process at the end of each PC to make sure teams are harmonised and efficient.
To succeed, you’ll need proven experience as a Site Manager delivering industrial or commercial builds from start to finish. This could suit someone who is emerging, has successfully completed two projects, and is now looking to step into a larger, more established business.
The salary is up to $160k, including super, depending on your experience.
