Join a solid, well-run operation where you’ll take ownership of production, people, workflow, and quality. This is a hands-on leadership role keeping the factory moving, maintaining high standards, and making sure projects run smoothly from drafting through to delivery.

The Role: You’re the heartbeat of the factory — keeping production flowing, managing people, and ensuring everything leaving the floor is built right, safe, and on time.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Keeping the factory productive, efficient and safe
- Planning and prioritising the production and drafting schedule
- Assigning and overseeing work across the factory team and draftsperson
- Managing procurement, stock control, and material flow
- Training apprentices and supporting upskilling within the team
- Maintaining quality control before anything heads to site
- Coordinating with project managers to avoid delays and resolve issues early
- Overseeing machinery maintenance, repairs and factory close-up
- Managing timesheets, leave approvals, and day-to-day factory ops
About You:
- Cert III in Carpentry, Shopfitting, or Cabinetmaking
- 3+ years as a Leading Hand
- 2+ years as a Factory Foreman or Factory Manager
- Proven experience managing people, production, and procurement
- Strong understanding of joinery, production flow, and quality control
