Your new role
This role offers the chance to be involved in the full contract lifecycle-from procurement and tendering through to administration-on a landmark civil and infrastructure development.
- Manage end‑to‑end contract administration: procurement, tendering, negotiation, departures, drafting, execution, and administration
- Work across multiple work fronts including Civils, Structures, and Infrastructure Scope
- Analyse and challenge engineering scopes to drive improvements, value engineering, and commercial optimisation.
- Oversee contracts for civil packages including drainage, earthworks, and associated works
- Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator on large scale civil or construction projects
- Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills
- Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential
- Background as a Contract Administrator, Estimator or Quantity Surveyor or equivalent is highly regarded.
