Make an impact on major infrastructure projects in a unique operational environment.
We are seeking an experienced Site Representative to oversee day-to-day coordination of construction works on behalf of the project superintendent. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery of works within a secure facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and monitor progress against approved construction programs.
- Ensure works comply with project documentation, approved management plans, and Building Act requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance inspections and site activities.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding cost, time, and quality issues.
- Assist with validation of contractor payment claims, variations, extensions of time, and RFIs.
About You
- Degree in Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification (TAFE or trade background also considered).
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering large commercial construction projects.
- Current White Card and driver's licence.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration.
- Ability to obtain Queensland Corrective Services clearances (mandatory)
Highly desirable:
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Exposure to operational 24/7 facilities such as correctional centres, hospitals, or airports
