ASC is Australia’s submarine company. About the Opportunity
Join the SSN AUKUS Build Program as a Construction Tooling Manager, where you’ll lead the planning, manufacture, certification, and lifecycle management of construction tooling for Australia’s first nuclear-powered submarine build. Operating within the Build Readiness IPT, you’ll collaborate with production, safety, ICT, procurement, and external providers to ensure tooling is safe, fit-for-purpose, and delivered in line with program milestones.

Please note: Availability for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK timezone) is required. Periodic domestic and international travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis.
About You
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.

About the RoleWe are looking for an operator with proven experience in trenching and final trim work. The successful applicant will be confident and precise on machines, able to work to tight tolerances, and maintain a professional attitude on site.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate excavators safely and efficiently on various civil and earthworks projects
Perform accurate trenching, pipework preparations, and service installations
Deliver high-quality final trim to laser and stringline
Follow instructions from site supervisors
Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain machinery to a high standard

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Building & Repair Supervisor to join our growing team on the Eyre Peninsula. This is a hybrid role working across both our building and restoration divisions, suited to someone who thrives on variety, professional development and teamwork.
The successful candidate will have experience in residential building and maintenance work, a proactive, positive attitude, and a willingness to grow with our restoration division, dealing with flood, fire, and mould damage mitigation. You’ll work closely with our local building repair estimator, clients, trades, and assessors, while also playing a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision Duties:
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure project delivery meets insurance KPIs and company standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage site safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients and assessors to ensure project progress and transparency.
Development & Restoration
• Open to learning flood, fire and mould remediation processes (training provided)
• Assist in the coordination and attendance of make-safes.
• Work closely with our Regional Manager and Eyre Peninsula Estimator to develop the region and network with clients.
About You
· Previous experience in the insurance building industry will be regarded highly
· Experience dealing with multiple projects
· Empathetic and customer service driven
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Tech-savvy – comfortable with job management software (we use Prime Ecosystem)

About the role
As a Roller Operator at Brown Contractors', you will play a vital role in our construction projects. This casual position is based in Kingaroy, QLD and involves operating specialised machinery in preparation for further construction work. You will be an important part of our skilled team, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.
Position starts the first week of January 2026
What you'll be doing
Operate rollers and compaction equipment in conjuction with our stabilisation crew
Ensure the smooth and even compaction of surfaces in accordance with project specifications
Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs on assigned equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations on the construction site
Collaborate with the broader construction team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Roller Operator or similar construction equipment operator role
Proficient in the operation of various rollers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a dynamic construction environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Relevant construction industry certifications or licenses (e.g.VOC's)
Australian work rights are required for this position
Experience in civil construction is preffered

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Track & Facilities Supervisor (2IC) to support operations at our Brighton Training Facility. If you have strong supervisory capability, machinery experience, and enjoy hands-on, outdoor work, this role is for you.
About the Role
As the 2IC, you’ll work alongside the Track & Facilities Manager to oversee daily track and grounds operations, supervise our small team, and maintain our racing surfaces, machinery and facilities to a high standard. This is a practical, leadership-based role perfect for someone who enjoys combining people management with hands-on work. You can expect to earn around $71,000 base + $15,000 approximately in overtime + super + a well-maintained company vehicle that can be used for personal use.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and support to track staff
Coordinate daily work plans, allocate tasks and monitor performance
Support team development and a positive, safety-focused culture
Operate tractors, rollers, mowers, water trucks, sprayers and other heavy plant
Assist with track preparation, grading, harrowing and moisture management
Conduct machinery checks and minor maintenance
Ensure all plant and equipment remains safe, serviced and operational
Maintain grounds, buildings, irrigation and general infrastructure
Monitor and repair fences, gates and training surfaces
Maintain accurate operational records and logs
Assist with ordering materials and equipment
Provide weekly progress updates to the Track & Facilities Manager
What You’ll Bring
