Seeking an organised and driven individual with trade experience, who can execute the below tasks and responsibilities.
- Receive project information from Estimator.
- Negotiate prices and procure equipment/materials.
- Co-ordinate shop drawing process with draftsman and engineering.
- Create project budget.
- Ensure monthly claim targets are met.
- Submit progress claims.
- Ensure labour targets are met.
- Maximise project profitability.
- Monitor Job progress. Xero Projects.
- Raise purchase orders. Xero.
- Maintain precise communication with clients / builder.
- Submit RFIs and variations as they appear.
- Nurture working relationship with clients / builder.
- Work with tradesman to solve issues that arise on site.
- Work with Draftsman to make drawing modifications.
- Responsible for the team of tradesman on site.
- Ensure site team operates safely and effectively.
- Produce compliance documents for handover.
- Must be organised, and able to look ahead for labour allocation, orders etc.
- Ensure site team is well prepared to attend site.
