We are seeking a proactive and independent Senior Estimator who possesses a robust set of pricing templates and a deep understanding of construction costing. You will be responsible for managing the entire estimating process, from initial tender to project handover, and demonstrating the versatility to handle diverse project scopes, including operational management work. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your own established and proven pricing templates to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.

Position Summary

The Site Foreman will oversee day-to-day site operations for a dual-tower high-rise apartment development. You will coordinate trades, ensure construction milestones are met, manage safety on site and uphold the company’s quality standards. This role suits an experienced Foreman with strong high-rise or large-scale residential experience.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Coordination

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations across both towers.
• Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors, labour, deliveries and inspections.
