We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing builder and developer on Sydney's north shore.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee full project lifecycle from design to completion in the mixed use residential space, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications. You will work closely with site managers, engineers, architects and key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee full project lifecycle from design to completion in the mixed use residential space, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications. You will work closely with site managers, engineers, architects and key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
- Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and review contracts, schedules, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the class 2 residential building and development sector, on projects over $50 million
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are highly desirable.
