  • Expertise in curating and managing premium cocktail, wine, and spirits menus, with a strong grasp of industry trends and emerging beverage innovations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage beverage COGS and drive profitability through strategic pricing, upselling techniques, and innovative promotions, while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, consistency, and professional growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to streamline bar operations for maximum efficiency during peak service periods.
  • Ability to plan and execute high-profile bar activations and events, working closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences.

About the Role
