The Role
We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and wine bar. This role suits someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, leads with confidence and warmth, and takes pride in running a polished, professional floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations, service standards, and guest experience

• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver genuine, high-quality hospitality

• Manage rosters, reservations, and inventory alongside ownership

• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and owners to evolve the dining and beverage offering

• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene requirements

About You

• Previous experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant or bar

• Minimum 2-3 years of venue management or assistant management experience

• Natural leadership style that inspires calm, confidence, and teamwork

• Strong operational and organisational skills

• Passionate about food, wine, and creating genuine hospitality experiences

• RSA certified and familiar with the expectations of a premium casual venue

• Australian citizenship is required for this position
