We are Seeking a motivated manager to lead daily operations, inspire a fantastic team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Casual position 30 to 38hrs, option for full time for right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate daily café/restaurant operations.
· Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen staff.
· Managing staff rosters, replacement of shifts
· stock ordering, supplier relationships.
· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
· Resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally.
· Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
· Handle Social media Facebook marketing
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 25 years old with full Australian working rights.
· Proven at least 2 years of full-time experience in a similar hospitality or customer service management role.
· Hold industry relevant qualifications.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of food handling, hygiene standards, and POS systems.
· Minimum 2 years Barista skills, food service and short order cooking experience essential.
· Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, opens and closing of Café.
