Qualifications & experience
Australian Driver's Licence – Queensland Class MR (Manual), Type Open, or interstate equivalent
Licence to Perform High Risk Work – Type LF (Forklift) or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
Highly driven customer service focus and strong reliability.
Tasks & responsibilities
Driving of company vehicles (utes, C class trucks, MR class trucks) to deliver goods sold to customers in the South East Queensland area. Assist with unloading at customer premises ensuring goods are accurately delivered. (Manual handling required)
Collate orders into an appropriate run order, prior to orders being picked or loaded. Assist warehouse staff to pick orders prior to loading, or alternatively pick orders autonomously if warehouse staff are otherwise engaged.
Maintain company vehicles in clean and tidy state. Report any mechanical problems which you may come across, in any company vehicle, to management and inform management of vehicle servicing requirements when services are due.
Ensure compliance with company policies including health and safety procedures.
If required, assist with office duties such as answering telephones or perform the duties of warehouse staff.
Other appropriate jobs as required by management.
The successful applicant must have or have the ability to obtain a National Police Certificate with no negative notations.

In this role, the key responsibilities include:
· Lead daily operations across logistics, fulfilment, and customer service.
· Manage supplier relationships, couriers, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery.
· Overseeing products' journey from warehouse to transport to customer
· Tracking SLAs for all orders
· Trouble shooting customer service incoming messages with CS
· Day to day contact with freight companies
· Booking and tracking supplier orders
· Managing costings and adding to margins P&L worksheet
· Ongoing WIPS with Logistics team
· Manage Inventory levels and ensure there are not OOS
· Update 3PL’s on upcoming promotions and events so that they can resource accordingly.
· Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
· Driving the communication with product partners on product formulations and design requirements.
· Ensuring that the product meets quality, cost, and timeline goals.
· Conducting regulatory compliance

Our client is looking for a motivated Workshop Technician to join their Kewdale warehouse team. You will be responsible for assembling and testing products, performing quality checks, and supporting general warehouse operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Conduct quality checks and rework stock when required
Pick components and assist with dispatch, loading/unloading, and stocktakes
