1. Operations Support OfficerLocation: Sunshine Coast
Pay Rate: $37.12 per hour
Hours: Standard shift 9:00am-5:06pm (may vary between 8:00am-5:30pm to cover leave)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service and freight investigation (face-to-face, phone, email, CRM)
- Data entry and dispatching pickups
- Printing and matching pickup documentation
- Imaging consignment notes
- Communicating with drivers and operations staff
- Scanning freight
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Must wear full PPE including safety boots
Location: Sunshine Coast
Pay Rate: $40.58 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am start (minimum 4 hours/day, up to 38 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand unloading freight from trucks using a conveyor system
- Maintaining a clean and safe depot environment
- Optional van driving work available for those with a valid car licence
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
- Reliable and punctual
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
