This role also offers a pathway to transition into a Coles Team Member position within the next 9 months, providing long-term career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately according to company guidelines
- Drive LLOP machinery
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment
- Ensure correct labelling and documentation of packed items
- Follow safety and quality control procedures
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse to meet deadlines
- Keep the pick and pack area clean and organised
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift weighted items.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and commitment to the availability you provide
