About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the delivery driver role will be responsible for picking up and dropping off items, loading and unloading items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
This role is based in Garbutt QLD.
Main tasks/responsibilities
The list below is not exhaustive, and the duties/responsibilities may vary to meet the overall objectives of the company.
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers and/or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
Ensure items are complete and packed correctly.
Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
Perform frequent unloading, lifting and carrying of goods.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
Essential Criteria
Valid HR or MR License
Proven working experience as a truck driver
No recent moving or driving violations

The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Purchasing Officer to join our Purchasing team at our new, state-of-the-art Oceania HQ in Kemps Creek. Reporting to the National Purchasing & Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for the procurement of goods and services to support business operations, including supplier management, negotiation, inventory control, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Raise and manage purchase orders in SAP for local and international suppliers
Maintain supplier relationships and ensure material quality standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on purchasing needs and timelines
Track and expedite orders and international shipments as required
Maintain accurate supplier and pricing data in SAP
Prepare purchasing reports and cost analyses
Negotiate purchase contracts and optimise logistics costs
Selection Criteria
Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and numerical ability
Strong time management and ability to work independently or in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)
3-4 years’ experience in a purchasing or similar role
Qualifications in Purchasing, Inventory Management, or Accounting, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG. (Desirable)

About The Role:
The Procurement Officer develops and / or manages low risk whole of government or departmental contracts and provides advice to key stakeholders. This involves undertaking or assisting with the development of procurement plans, tender and evaluation documents, and contract management plans.
