We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our fast growing and dynamic team. As our Operations Manager, you will oversee supply chain management, product design, forecasting, quality control, and delivery management, along with taking BOOIE Beauty to the next stages of large growth within a major retailer.
The idea candidate will have a hands-on, get it done attitude, supporting the BOOIE Team and not be afraid to go above and beyond! We are a tight knit team with a broad range of skills and experience and we would love someone with the same passion and drive to join help grow BOOIE Beauty.
In this role, the key responsibilities include:
· Lead daily operations across logistics, fulfilment, and customer service.
· Manage supplier relationships, couriers, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery.
· Overseeing products' journey from warehouse to transport to customer
· Tracking SLAs for all orders
· Trouble shooting customer service incoming messages with CS
· Day to day contact with freight companies
· Booking and tracking supplier orders
· Managing costings and adding to margins P&L worksheet
· Ongoing WIPS with Logistics team
· Manage Inventory levels and ensure there are not OOS
· Update 3PL’s on upcoming promotions and events so that they can resource accordingly.
· Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
· Driving the communication with product partners on product formulations and design requirements.
· Ensuring that the product meets quality, cost, and timeline goals.
· Conducting regulatory compliance
Managing and briefing packaging suppliers if different from formulations suppliers
