Minimum 2-5 years of experience using power tools, specifically grinders and ratchet guns is required.
Be physically fit, motivated and reliable with a keen initiative and drive to go above and beyond when called for.
A knowledge of concrete or mould development would be advantageous.
Able to lift and work with materials which weigh 20-25kgs on a daily basis.
Ability to work on feet for long hours.
Ability to lead a small production team of 3-4 people.
6 months to 2 years of experience leading production teams is preferred but not essential.
Good grasp of written and spoken English.
Good time management and job planning.
Ability to work with others and follow management expectations.
