The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Driver / Delivery Person, you will be the key link between our warehouse and our customers across the Hunter, Central Coast, and Mid North Coast.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently delivering ceramic tiles and materials to multiple residential and commercial sites.

• Expert operation of a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett experience highly regarded) for loading and unloading.

• Performing manual handling and hand unloading on occasion where necessary.

• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stocktakes, inventory, and truck loading/unloading.

• Providing excellent customer service during all deliveries.

• Working effectively both unsupervised and as part of a small, dynamic team.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work—a precise, punctual, and hardworking individual with exceptional time management skills.

Essential Requirements:

• HR Driver's Licence with a minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.

• LF Forklift Licence (truck-mounted/Moffett experience is a major advantage).

• Excellent working knowledge of the Hunter, Central Coast, and Mid North Coast delivery regions, including route planning and awareness of weigh station locations.

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and deliveries.

• The ability to think fast, stick to a schedule, and work autonomously.

• A clear licence history report will be required.
