Fibreglass Roller Hand – Manufacturing (Lamination Bay)

Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) is a proudly WA family-owned and operated business.
With over 49 years’ experience manufacturing swimming pools for local, national, and international markets, we are Australia’s market leader in composite pool technology.

We’re expanding our production team and have an opportunity for an experienced Fibreglass Roller Hand to join our world-class Jandakot manufacturing facility.

💪 What You’ll Do
  • Roll and consolidate fibreglass laminate layers to achieve strength, consistency, and smooth finish.

  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and job cards for each product.

  • Assist Laminators with trimming, sanding, and minor surface repairs.

  • Maintain equipment, tools, and housekeeping in your work area.

  • Work safely and report hazards, near misses, or equipment issues promptly.

  • Participate in toolbox talks and continuous-improvement activities.

🔧 What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in fibreglass, composites, marine, or automotive manufacturing.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual tasks (lifting up to 20 kg).

  • Team-focused attitude with good communication skills.

  • Cert III in Composites Engineering (desirable) or equivalent industry experience.

  • Australian working rights and current driver’s licence.

  • White Card (preferred) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
