About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance digital environment.
Good understanding of omni-channel customer management across website, and in store.
Experience in agency or managing agency stakeholders will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for testing and optimizing.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and an ability to build effective relationships.

As Senior Strategic Communications Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering communication strategies that build engagement, strengthen our reputation, and support Landgate’s strategic priorities. This hands-on role involves writing compelling content for diverse audiences, managing media and stakeholder relationships, and providing trusted communication advice across the organisation.

The opportunity:
The Local Area Marketing (LAM) Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping how Goodlife Health Clubs and Fitness First connect with members, local communities, and corporate partners. This position partners closely with Regional Managers and the Corporate Sales team to deliver scalable campaigns, activations, and events that align with brand strategy while driving measurable business outcomes.
With responsibility for managing platforms, collateral, and processes, the LAM Executive ensures marketing initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across the network. The role is instrumental in building brand visibility, strengthening community engagement, generating leads, and supporting member growth at both a local and corporate level.
This is a hands-on opportunity to deliver impactful marketing activity that reflects brand standards, enhances member experience, and contributes directly to the continued success of two of Australia’s most recognised fitness brands.
Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
LAM Platforms & Collateral
Lead and manage the LAM Splash platform, ensuring collateral is up to date, refreshed, and regularly audited.
Manage club marketing requests and inbound LAM campaign/collateral requests, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines and ROI focus.
Review and recommend efficiencies in workflow between clubs and the marketing support function.
Campaigns & Community Engagement
Partner with Regional Managers to identify effective local marketing channels and develop reusable campaign templates that drive lead generation.
