Assistant Brand Manager - Flavoured Yoghurt | 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity

Bega Group are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth ambitions of Yoplait yoghurt for a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity!

You will be a part of supporting and executing a variety of exciting projects, working alongside our Marketing Manager and the yoghurt team.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role. You'll be a key player in building brand equity, driving category growth, and delivering best-in-class consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Champion the voice of the consumer by bringing insights into the business and being a custodian of the Yoplait brand
  
• Analyse and report on brand performance
  
• Project lead cross-functionally to explore and deliver on business cases through Stage Gate
  
• Execute against the advertising and promotion budget of Yoplait
  
• Plan and implement product development activities by analysing consumer needs, gathering and interpreting data

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level, and experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry
  
• Displays a curious mindset to look for different ways of driving business goals and delivering high-quality work
  
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in the delivery of innovation and product management
  
• Works both collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines
  
• Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes
