About the Role:

Digitek Outsourcing is looking for a holistic marketing expert to work full time in our clients general insurance brokerage where you will be tasked with driving their entire marketing across all facets of the business. From graphic design to SEO and absolutely everything in between.

The business owner is looking to do a minor rebranding, which will then drive a top down refresh of the entire business in terms of graphics, document and marketing templates, market plans and strategy, followed by a multi faceted paid marketing implementation.

The successful applicant will be highly experienced and successful, and be excited about a long term role with a business that wants to become a brand leader in the insurance market.

The client offers an above market salary and benefits, along with profit share on ad spend return and working side by side driving the marketing plans and strategies that you have compiled and had approved. You will have autonomy in your role, and will have direct contact with the business owner with weekly meetings and ad hoc discussions as and when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Build marketing plan and strategy for review and approval

Implement marketing plan

Setup and provide reporting systems to ascertain the performance of marketing implementations

You will be responsible for - Website Design - SEO (on page and off page) - Google Ads - Facebook Ads - TikTok - Video Editing - Video Scripting - Social Media Management - Google My Business Profile - Graphic Design - Marketing Budget Maximisation - Coordination of Marketing Implementation - Brand management - Landing Pages - Sponsorship strategy and ROI

Essential Requirements:

✅ Proven Experience in the above

✅ Software Proficiency:

- ADOBE Suite

- Canva

- Paid Ad Platforms

- Social Media Platforms

- WordPress

- Elementor

- ChatGPT

- Landing Pages

- Any other relevant software

✅ Strong Attention to Detail

✅ Passion to assist in building a market leading brand and brand voice

✅ Ability to Work Autonomously – Must be proactive and capable of handling tasks without constant supervision.

✅ Experience in marketing for professional services
