The successful applicant will plan, organise, coordinate and manage projects in accordance with Company policies, procedures, systems and processes. Manage execution of operations and project support activities in a safe manner, on schedule and within project financial constraints. Ensure service levels are increased whilst costs and process are controlled, measured and project updates provided to Senior Management as required.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key client representatives to ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided whilst optimising financial and operational contracts delivery

  • Manage the P&L of the projects and demonstrate excellent cost control

  • Maintain appropriate records for all operations, personnel and/or equipment including maintaining appropriate stock levels of spares and consumables in SAP to support operational activity

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and ensure MDRs and certification is maintained in accordance with company and industry requirements

  • Identify, communicate and implement project opportunities for business growth.

  • Provide necessary support for tendering products and services

  • Assess project requirements, develop solutions, evaluate alternatives and collaborate with clients to confirm acceptance to project proposals and/or variations

  • Utilise technical and/or operational expertise to manage execution of operations and provide service delivery solutions

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and/or relevant personnel to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities

  • Manage operations and maintenance of all equipment and ensuring that service levels are increased whilst costs and process are controlled measured and reported on a monthly basis

  • Coordinate the movement of equipment, materials and personnel (inclusive of third parties) and provide inputson equipment orders prior to invoicing

  • Conduct pre-job and post-job meetings with appropriate service delivery personnel

  • Communicate project specific details and information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner, resolve disputes and problems related to project planning and delivery

  • Motivate, develop and mentor employees to maximise their value to the Company and complete staff performance and competency reviews

  • Active participation in improvements to business processes and quality system

  • Compliance with all applicable HSEQ policies, procedures systems and processes including writing and amending work instructions relating to the operation and maintenance of well test equipment

  • Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and  regulations

About the Role

We are seeking applications for the permanent full-time role of Storeperson. This is a great opportunity to apply your inventory experience, preferably in Hospitality or Food and Beverage, to receive and dispatch food and beverage goods.

In this role you will:

  • Receive, prepare and maintain accurate records on the movement of goods via the current Inventory System.

  • Receipt, store and/or assemble goods to satisfy orders, requisitions and arrange for distribution, storage or packaging.

  • Ensure safe food handling practices are observed with receipt of perishable items and food storage as per policy and procedures.

  • Undertake pick-up and delivery duties such as distribution of alcohol, food and other stock as required.

  • Ensure maintenance of security and cleanliness of associated storerooms, monitoring the passage of authorised persons in and out of the storerooms.

  • Assist in maintaining and keeping accurate records of the Food and Beverage Stores.

  • Assist with preparation for physical food and beverage stock takes and systematically carrying them out according to the stock take schedule in conjunction with the Operations Administration Unit.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

  • Completion of accredited Food Safety Supervisor course or demonstrated knowledge of food hygiene and safety principles.

  • Experience in providing effective, reliable, accurate and well-planned receipt, dispatch and stores services.

About You

  • A well experienced Plant Manager with an engineering or operations management background (FMCG or Oils industry experience preferred).
  • You lead with empathy and will take on a mentoring and coaching approach to managing your team (Supervisors, Controllers & Schedulers) 
  • Possess strong knowledge in the areas of lean manufacturing, scheduling, fueling & blending, and the financial acumen to manage budgets and assess business performance. 
  • A proficient user of SAP/JDE. Strong skills in Excel, Power Point & MS Word required.

Production Operators are primarily responsible for the daily production, distribution, stock movements and control and quality monitoring within the process batching buildings. This involves the operating of plant machinery, maintaining safety rules and policies, completing documentation and being involved with training programs as well as following maintenance and repair schedules.

Roster pattern:

  • 4 days on / 3 days off, working 12 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday

Shift hours: 

  • 0600 to 1800 (week 1) and 1800 to 0600 (week 2)

The principal accountabilities of the position are:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the QMS

  • Prepare, plan, conduct and report on Internal Audits

  • Log all customer complaints, internal non conformances and audit findings

  • Co-ordinate the progression and effectiveness of immediate, corrective, preventive and improvement actions resulting from customer complaints, non conformances and audits.

  • Assist in investigations of poor quality

  • Generate monthly reports on the status of NCRs / CARs / PARs

  • Facilitate and assist in the creation of new processes / documentation for QMS
