Hey There,

Get paid to create scroll stopping ads on Meta, TikTok, Programmatic and Google. In this role you would be ideating, creating, designing and editing static, animated and video advertising across the above mentioned platforms. This means you'll need sharp creative and technical skills in Canva, CapCut plus AI tools like MidJourney, Nano Banana, Hume, Sora etc. This is a creative/design role, not an ad management position.

Skills and abilities are more important than degrees for this role.

This role is for those who love advertising, especially digital and social. We do everything from national campaigns to tactical sales and promotions. Our clients are mostly large privately owned companies in FMCG, Ecommerce, Health, Finance, Law, Education and SaaS.

It's a Monday to Friday gig with flexible start and finish times. If you wanna sleep in, start at 10am, if you wanna knock it out early, start at 7am. We're easy as long as you get your work done.

Pay Structure

Range: $65,000 - $90,000 (salary) plus super, agreed based your skill and experience levels.

Bonus Structure

After six months you'll be entitle to Monthly Team Bonus which is tiered based on company revenue so as we grow, so do you.

This bonus is consistent and equates to serious cheddar. Often more than enough to get that new car, pay for Europe/Japan or buy that new property.

The Agency

Sneaky AF operates three brands, April Ford, Sneaky and Gimmie Social. Each brand specialises in a field, ie. ads, content and consulting.

Offices are in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast however our clients are typically Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane based.

We're a tight team that has a lot of fun. We work hard (but but OTT) so we can earn great money and have heaps of fun doing it. You'll never meet a more welcoming and supportive team to work with. We say daily, we've never worked with a better bunch of people and we mean it.

Started in 2017 and consistently grown YOY since. We believe in building an enduring, long-term profitable company. So much so that we don't have any reliance on any one client and 95% of our monthly revenue is recurring.

We don't really have a work from home culture as everyone here loves coming to the office and hanging out. We actually genuinely like each other so it's fun coming to work and jamming on accounts. Occasionally people will work from home, but to be honest, its rare.

The Requirements

The candidates needs to have:

  • 2+ years experience in digital advertising creative and design

  • Can follow a brief and run with it

  • Great ideas but even better execution

  • Take feedback openly, constructively and not personally

  • Strong attention to detail
