Lead WA's mining future - build Tier 1 projects and grow your legacy.

Design, sell and innovative dewatering systems - shape Australian mining.

Earn, innovate, and own equity - redefine water management success.

Two Powerful Roles. Two Established Businesses. One Defining Moment in Your Career.

We’re representing two respected WA-based companies, each dominating their space in mining water management and dewatering solutions.
Both have deep roots — more than a century of combined experience — and a bold eye on the future.

Now, they’re joining forces and expanding. Fast. And they’re on the hunt for driven professionals who want more than a job — they want a stake in something bigger.

Role 1️⃣ – Business Development Manager (Mining / Dewatering Solutions)

Take charge of relationships with Tier 1 miners and major contractors across Western Australia.
You’ll shape large-scale projects, build client trust, and help drive the next era of growth for a company with serious momentum.

This isn’t “just sales.” It’s strategic leadership, backed by a brand already delivering results across WA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and expand relationships with Tier 1 mining clients

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and project pipelines

  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver turnkey water solutions

  • Represent a brand trusted by the biggest names in mining

  • Influence business direction — with genuine shareholding potential

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Have experience in mining, dewatering, or related sales

  • Understand the pulse of WA’s resources sector

  • Bring ambition, creativity, and a solutions-driven mindset

Role 2️⃣ – Dewatering / Hydraulic Engineer (Mining Focus)

Join a company built on technical mastery and field excellence.
You’ll design, implement, and support hydraulic systems that keep major mine sites pumping — literally.

If you love being hands-on, solving tough flow challenges, and making your mark on critical infrastructure, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and optimise hydraulic and dewatering systems for mine operations

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics on-site and remotely

  • Work alongside experienced project engineers and field teams

  • Bring innovation to water movement, control, and energy efficiency

  • Help shape new technology applications in dewatering

You’ll Fit If You:

  • Have solid hydraulic or dewatering experience — ideally in mining

  • Bring technical precision, curiosity, and the drive to innovate

  • Want to grow into a leadership or technical authority role

Why These Opportunities Stand Out
  • 💧 Over 100 years of combined history in the WA resources sector

  • 🏗️ Both companies are growing — massively — with Tier 1 project pipelines

  • 🕐 Full flexibility: work from anywhere in WA or Perth-based

  • 🚗 $160K–$220K + Car + Super + Bonuses (open package)

  • 🧭 Shareholding potential for the right person — build your legacy, not just your résumé

  • 🌟 Backed by leaders who invest in people and future-proof their teams

Are You the Future of Dewatering in Australia?

We’re looking for high-potential professionals ready to grow fast — to lead, learn, and help shape the next generation of water management excellence.

Package: $160,000 – $200,000 + Car + Super + Bonuses + Shareholding potential

If you’ve got the experience, drive, and technical depth to take on either role — we want to hear from you.
