About Us:
Ballast Point is the leading integrated architecture, planning, and construction company in Sydney’s Inner West, now celebrating our tenth year.
We are not like other builders; your family and wellbeing come first, supporting your team comes second, customers come third but if you read our online reviews you'll notice that this doesn't mean that customers don't matter. Thing is, you can't keep customers happy if you're not looking after yourself and if you're not prioritising the team.
Our projects are primarily architectural homes, renovations, and extensions, and maintenance contracts many in heritage conservation areas. We’re a licensed building company and a registered architectural practice with Class 2 building and design practitioner accreditation, offering our team unique exposure to high-quality projects from design right through to construction completion.
Our close-knit, family-friendly (and dog-friendly!) team is growing. We’re looking for site staff to join our construction team. We want the right person first and foremost.
