- $100,000- $125,000 | $50–$60 p/h + Super + OT | Vehicle or Allowance
- Fully maintained vehicle or vehicle allowance + fuel card
- Tools, uniform, and all the gear supplied
- Autonomy and flexibility in your day-to-day
- Career growth with ongoing training and support
- Service, install, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems
- Tackle breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently
- Build strong client relationships and represent the brand professionally
- Be part of an on-call roster when required
- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence and strong communication skills
- Experience across residential or commercial HVAC environments (multi-site experience is a bonus)
