We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller to join our Utilities - Water Services team. You'll play a key role in leading cost governance, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing financial insights that drive project success. What You'll Do

  • Lead budget planning and governance, ensuring alignment with project delivery strategy and InEight operating principles.
  • Oversee forecasting across multiple projects and provide insights to mitigate cost and schedule risks.

  • Review and approve cost allocations, ensuring alignment with project scope and accuracy across all reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years' experience in project cost management, ideally within capital construction or infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financials across multiple projects with subcontractor-heavy delivery models.
  • Strong proficiency in InEight, JDE, or similar cost control systems.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present key financial insights.
  • Deep understanding of financial, accounting, and cost control principles, including Earned Value Performance Management (EVPM).
  • Demonstrated capability in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring others.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
