About the Role
As an External Audit Manager, you’ll take the lead on managing audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients — from large ASX-listed entities to complex private groups.
You’ll:
- Manage and review the work of audit teams across multiple engagements
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Provide technical guidance, ensure audit quality, and identify improvement opportunities
- Coach and mentor junior team members to help them reach their potential
- Play a key role in business development, proposals and client presentations
About You
You’re a qualified audit professional who thrives on delivering excellence and leading high-performing teams.
You’ll ideally have:
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in external audit within a Big 4 or mid-tier environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- A passion for mentoring others and driving client success
