THE FIRM
Senior Tax Accountant role within a reputable mid-tier accounting practice based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. This well-regarded firm has a strong presence nationally and is known for offering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture, modern systems, and a high standard of technical excellence.
YOUR ROLE:
Prepare, review and analyse financial statements for all entity types.
Assist partner and manager with workflow and building relationships with clients.
Preparation of complex tax work, including Div7A, CGT, FBT and Tax Planning.
Assist with technical tax and other transaction matters.
Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide constructive guidance for job finalisation.
YOUR SKILLS
CA/CPA qualified
Several years experience in Business Services within an Australian firm
Prior experience reviewing work and assisting a team
Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen
Confident communicator – able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
