The above listed positions are for an event on Saturday 25 October 2025 at Kawana Sports Precinct.
This is a one day event only.
Shifts are approx 5 hours long and start & finish times vary. Rostered shifts will be discussed at interview stage.
Previous experience in hospitality & customer service positions are highly regarded.
It is also important you have the following:
You must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace;
You must be very OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;
Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully & confidently with fellow staff members & guests.

About the Role
As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.
This part-time position is based in our HCF Highpoint Branch, and is 22.5 hours per week. Our ideal spread of hours would be Monday - Friday 10am - 2:30pm, however, we can be flexible depending on the successful candidate!
You will also be required to work 1 - 2 Saturday's per month at either The Glen Branch or Doncaster Branch (Saturday trading hours are 10am - 2pm).
Vietnamese language skills are highly desirable, as they will be a valuable asset in supporting our diverse community.
