The Position

In the role of Leasing Executive your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organise and attend open for inspections
  • Manage the leasing and routines of an immaculately maintained portfolio
  • Take rental enquiries, follow up email, and phone enquiries
  • Process rental applications and reference check tenants
  • Prepare lease agreements and sign-up new tenants
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process
  • Advertise and update property listings online
  • Ad hoc admin support to the property management team
  • Assisting the property management team with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role Leasing Executive will have:

  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Passion for real estate and property and a vision to progress your career long-term
  • Ideally at least 12 months' experience in a similar position
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
