The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to convert strong inbound interest into contracts.
You’ll work with qualified leads from our digital marketing and CRM systems — no cold calling — and focus on guiding clients through our design and build journey.
This role is ideal for an experienced property or construction sales professional who enjoys consultative selling and thrives in a growing, sustainability-driven business.
Your ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with pre-qualified leads through our CRM.
Guide clients through design and pricing discussions, translating technical features into lifestyle benefits.
Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Represent ASL during client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and project delivery teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 p.a.
Commission: 8–12% of gross project margin, paid across project milestones (deposit, build phase, handover).
Equity Pathway: Opportunity to earn company shares after 12–18 months of strong performance.
Qualified Lead Support: Continuous pipeline of CRM-tracked leads from our digital marketing team.

About the Role:
As a Trainee Building Manager, you will take responsibility for managing your own residential site or small portfolio from day one. You’ll be supported through structured training, direct oversight from a Senior Building Manager, and ongoing professional development.
Your role will involve day-to-day operations, contractor coordination, maintenance oversight, and resident communication, giving you hands-on experience and the skills needed to advance into a building manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily building operations under the guidance of a Senior Manager, with growing autonomy as your skills develop.
Conduct routine site inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance tasks, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and building-specific procedures.
