What’s On Offer
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to help clients achieve their dream of home ownership. Based in one of our Western suburbs display villages, you’ll be provided with qualified leads through our marketing channels and expected to convert enquiries into new home sale contracts.
What You’ll Do
- Follow up on new enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Generate referral sales from existing customers and your network
- Produce tailored home and land packages
- Maintain accurate sales data and CRM records
- Manage customer relationships through to home completion
- Stay up to date with product offerings and land availability
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in home sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- A drive to exceed targets and a hunger for success
- A positive attitude toward learning and development
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and customer focus
