your role
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Processing rental applications and supporting new tenancy onboarding
- Carrying out routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades
- Assisting with general property management duties as required
- Previous property management or leasing experience
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Experience using Property Me, IRE, and Inspection Express is highly regarded
- Monday to Friday only – no weekends
- Office hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Supportive team environment with great leadership
