This established and highly successful business is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their boutique team, working alongside another Senior Property Manager within southern Brisbane (easily accessible from northern Gold Coast).
Working within an autonomous role, you will oversee a portfolio of 140 properties, supported by a dedicated Assistant Property Manager with a years worth experience and a willingness to learn from your mentorship.
Working within a business that only looks to manage 'good stock' you will oversee a quality, clean and tidy portfolio with admin, trust accounts and leasing all covered by others within the team.
To be successful, you will be a Property Manager who is looking for autonomy to manage your portfolio within a drama free, positive culture whilst offering support and guidance to a willing assistant, keen to learn.
Requirements
- At least 18 months experience as a Property Manager
- Current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
- Team Focused - Friendly and willing to help others
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong with property management procedures, legislation and problem solving
- Experience managing high net worth landlords / high end properties (preferred but not essential)
- Available full time, 38 hours per week (flexible hours are ok)
