About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Property Management & Leasing

  • Lead the leasing process for residential properties, from advertising through to execution, ensuring minimal vacancy and maximised rental income.

  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain maintenance schedules to protect asset value and ensure tenant satisfaction.

  • Oversee tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and lease compliance, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and property owners.

  • Ensure timely rent collection, arrears management, and adherence to financial processes in line with company policies and legislation.

  • Be responsive to clients across our span of hours - 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday plus occasional Saturday inspections as required (which will be taken as time in lieu).


What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise and proven record as a successful and experienced property manager.

  • Strong understanding of Queensland property legislation and real estate compliance requirements.

  • Previous experience working within a property agency, real estate group, or corporate real estate team.

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. We utilise Reapit and Reapit Letting software (previously Console Cloud and Inspect Real Estate).

  • A current Real Estate Certificate or License (as required in Queensland).

The Role:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join an elite division. The Role

You will ensure adherence to legislative compliance and best practice for asset management, supporting our accommodation and support programs for children and young people under statutory intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee repairs and maintenance for all assigned properties, including coordinating schedules and reviewing service agreements with contractors.
