We are looking for a Property Manager to join our rapidly growing management company to focus on managing properties within and the surrounds of the Melbourne CBD area. Our organization has multiple property management offices across QLD, WA and NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service by managing property entries, exits, maintenance, and
inspections
Opportunity to hand select ingoing tenants, carry-out open homes and process tenant
applications
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, owners, tenants, and tradespeople.
Be the go-to expert for your portfolio, ensuring seamless operations every step of the way.
Supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team
Leasing assistance - work one day on the weekend (potential for a rotating roster), have a day off during the week of your choosing as time in lieu!
To be successful you must:
Have residential Property Management experience within a Portfolio.
Hold a current Agents Rep Certificate and Cert IV in Property (VIC)
Have a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one
Own your own reliable vehicle along with your full VIC driver's license
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Be goal driven and self-motivated.
