About You

Treasury is looking for a Senior Property & Facilities Officer to join our Property Branch to deliver administrative services, encompassing accommodation management, oversight of owned and leased assets, and coordination of procurement activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to Provide operational support for property and facilities management, including project oversight, accommodation coordination, asset maintenance, procurement and budget monitoring.

You will be a motivated and capable individual with effective time management skills, and a collaborative, client focused approach to stakeholder engagement.

This role suits someone with experience and skills in a range of accommodation and property functions, including office portfolio management, leasing, sales, supervision of maintenance contracts and related tasks.

About the Branch

The Property branch provides advice on and administers the Treasury office portfolio and facilities and is responsible for Treasury’s strategic projects. The branch also manages and administers the Government’s major property sales and major office accommodation leases.

Hours per fortnight

Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part time hours.
