We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team driving transformation across high-impact programmes. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone—ensuring governance, streamlining processes, and enabling project managers to deliver with precision. This is a 5-month fixed term opportunity based in our Perth office, Balcatta.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate systems, tools, and reporting to uphold governance standards
• Manage administrative functions including SharePoint and Outlook calendars
• Support tailored project plans and reporting for diverse client outcomes
• Compile data for strategic trackers, innovation catalogues, and dashboards
• Maintain RAID logs and assist with project health checks
• Organise and prepare materials for programme meetings and workshops
• Act as a central reference point for transition queries and best practices

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Proven office experience in a coordination role
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Professional presentation of reports and dashboards
• Discretion with sensitive information and a collaborative team ethos

🌟 Desirable Extras

• Experience in matrix organisations and multi-line reporting
• Familiarity with Facilities Management industry
• Defence or military background highly valued
