dedicated Housing Officer for their

What You’ll Do - Manage a varied tenancy portfolio, including allocations, inspections, rent collection and tenancy planning.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties remain safe and well-maintained.
- Build strong relationships and provide empathetic support to tenants navigating complex challenges.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to an after-hours on-call roster (on rotation).
What You’ll Bring - Experience in property management, social housing, or tenancy coordination.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, professional approach.
- Confidence in handling arrears, maintenance requests, and tenancy disputes.
- A current driver’s licence (essential).
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (highly regarded).
