We’re hiring a Financial Controller to own day‑to‑day finance and controls across all brands. You’ll lead the month‑end close, treasury, compliance, and commercial reporting, with a sharp focus on Xero accounting and Shopify retail operations. What you’ll do

Own the books (Xero): Manage the GL, AR/AP, fixed assets, payroll journals, and tax packs. Design and maintain a scalable chart of accounts and tracking categories by brand/channel.

Controls & process: Build practical policies (delegations, approvals, 3‑way match), automate with Xero add‑ons/Shopify apps, and harden data quality.

Planning & analysis: Own budgets/forecasts, rolling reforecasts, scenario testing, and brand‑level performance dashboards.

Leadership & partnership: Mentor a small finance team; work closely with Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Logistics to drive profitability and working‑capital discipline.
