What you’ll do
Be the first point of contact for retail partners (phone/email/chat)
Manage and process orders through our online portal
Coordinate with our factory and logistics partners to keep deliveries smooth
Send samples, parts, and manage invoicing in Xero
Keep customer records updated in CRM and systems
Work closely with a small, collaborative, and energetic team
What you’ll bring
Previous customer service or internal sales experience
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Great organisation and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems (Xero experience a bonus)
A positive, proactive, “can-do” mindset

Ensuring our customers have the best experience within the Branch

Undertake repair inspections on vehicles
Explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services
Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required

About the Role
This role is a multi-functional role, responsible for delivering front line services to VCAT users, parties in cases and external service providers, providing high quality administrative support through end-to-end processing of applications.
You will at times work independently or as part of a small, dedicated team, providing customer service to VCAT Members in preparation for and during hearings. The role will primarily be onsite at the VCAT Bundoor Community Based Venue, however travel to any VCAT location, including regional venues and/or CBD locations may be required.
